HB Naturals Vitalitea Reviews my personal experience and what I have done to lose 18 pounds rather quickly. I will go over what Vitalitea is and why you should consider it as well as other HB Naturals products.

Before I knew anything about HB Naturals products or Vitalitea I was researching organic vegan products online. Because of health issues, I was looking for a high-quality product without breaking the bank.

The video describes how I steep my Vitalitea while doing my 7-day detox. I was also taking many of the other HB Naturals products while doing the Detox. I did that because I did a hardcore 7-day detox and wasn’t eating much of anything else so I had to get some nutrients.

Even though I’m an independent rep with HB Naturals I would not be giving my recommendation for their products unless they were among the best I have ever used. The only other products I have used that made me feel this good were 3x the cost of HB Naturals.

How I lose weight with VitaliTea

The way I go about losing weight with VitaliTea is an unorthodox method. Do not attempt to use my method without consulting your doctor.

I’ve lost 18 pounds fairly quickly and want to lose about 22 more. I wasn’t feeling good about my appearance and my health was bad. I just didn’t feel good.

The way that I did it was by using the VitaliTea, Slimmer, Nourish, Mind Body And Soul. I Steep my VitaliTea and drink it every day according to the directions.

But what I do to offset my cravings is I mix all of the other Ingredients with French creamer (coffee creamer) and almond milk. I put the ingredients in my plastic mixer cup and shake it up. By using creamer and almond milk it makes a thick beverage that is loaded with plant-based nutrients.

That drink mix allows me to go whole days without eating anything. It would satisfy me so much that I would have to force myself to eat.

Every time I started feeling hungry I would drink a large cup of my Mixture and eventually follow it up with the VitaliTea.

The VitaliTea was cleaning me out but I believe by drinking the other plant-based products and not putting any heavy foods in my system for the 7 days it caused me to lose so much weight so fast.

My Personal Review Of VitaliTea

I like VitaliTea for one major reason. I like it because of how it makes me feel. That is the main reason I like the other HB Naturals products. It would not matter what was in them or how pure they are if they didn’t make me feel so good.
