Taking Massive Action: The Key to Success
I’m a big believer in taking massive action, getting the mistakes out of the way, learning from them, and continuously improving. Too many people listen to negativity from friends and family, and they’re persuaded by others who tell them not to do something or that it won’t work. They hear that they’ll have to make a lot of mistakes or spend a lot of time with no income, which scares them off. This is a major reason why many people never achieve the success they’re looking for.
The fact of the matter is that success is defined by the individual. For some, success might mean earning an extra $2,000 a month, while for others, it could mean earning $20,000 a month to achieve a better work-life balance. But when it comes to work-life balance, this is a big subject in itself. I believe that in order to truly succeed, something has to give.
Now, we don’t want what we sacrifice to be our family—especially our immediate family. Ideally, we’d create the lifestyle we want without sacrificing precious family time. However, what may need to be sacrificed are things like entertainment or unnecessary luxuries. Maybe you cut back on television or entertainment and focus on dedicating your time to money-making activities that will help you achieve the results you desire.
For example, I know that at one point in my life, an additional $2,000 a month would have been incredibly significant. With inflation as high as it is and many people struggling to make ends meet, I truly believe that a business like affiliate marketing or network marketing offers a good way to earn additional income. It seems to be the way the market is moving.
Why I Believe in Side Businesses

I’ve never been a believer in relying solely on my day job to fully support my family. We all know what happens if you get sick, hurt, or anything else unexpected occurs: if you don’t have any type of backup income, it can be a significant life change for you and your family if your revenue stream dries up.
That’s why I make a lot of videos on this channel, discussing different sales funnels and marketing strategies. My goal is to help people who are interested in creating additional income find ways to do so. Network marketing, affiliate marketing, or any form of direct sales is a great business model to get involved in.
Even for those who don’t see immediate success, I believe these businesses teach valuable lessons. They almost force you to make mistakes, get them out of the way, and learn quickly, which will ultimately lead you toward financial freedom.
Time + Money = Freedom
There’s no better place to be in life than when you not only have time, but also the money and financial independence that you’re seeking. It’s incredibly difficult to have both. People who make a lot of money, like doctors, lawyers, or consultants, often spend a massive amount of time earning it.
However, in businesses like network marketing or affiliate marketing, much of the work you do becomes residual income. You do the work once, build your team, and your business continues to pay you over and over again for years.

The Power of Attraction Marketing
Simple tasks like recording a YouTube video on a Saturday or taking some time during your lunch break to work on your business can make a huge difference. You’re not just randomly blasting your business to people; you’re making yourself visible and building trust with your audience.
This is called attraction marketing, and I’m sure many of you watching this video have heard of it before. But the key is to stick your neck out there—because, yes, you’ll face criticism. You’ll have people telling you things like, “Oh, you joined another one of those things? You think that’s going to work? You’re wasting your time.”
Unfortunately, the people saying these things are often the ones closest to you—friends and family. They might not mean any harm, but they’re often scared. They’re afraid you’ll become someone different, and that you’ll leave them behind.
I remember the time in my life when I heard similar comments from people close to me. But in the end, you have to make the right choices for yourself and your future. You can still love your family, but you have to make choices that serve your goals and your life path.
It’s Not All About Material Things
Success isn’t just about buying a flashy car or taking exotic vacations. There’s something about having money that gives you options. If you have extra money, you can choose to:
- Donate to charity
- Help a family member in need
- Send your kids to the best schools
- Live in a safe, comfortable neighborhood
Having financial independence allows you to choose how you want to live and gives you the power to give back.
Becoming a Different Person Through the Journey
One of the greatest benefits of building your own income is that you grow as a person. Through the trials, errors, and lessons learned along the way, you gain experience and wisdom that you can share with others to lift them up and help them achieve their goals too.
